Description: Jacobs Pond is a 59-acre manmade pond, bordering Route 123 in Norwell, Massachusetts. Known as one of the best fishing spots in South Shore, Jacobs Pond is part of a conservation area management plan for the Norwell Conservation Commission and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. The pond is located within the North River watershed, on the northern edge of the Massachusetts Bay south coastal watershed.

Scope of Work: Fenagh has conducted several soils test on the organic materials within the lake basin. The tests Fenagh conducted, hydrometer particle and organic content, ensured the most accurate results to educate the City of Norwell on the soil condition within the lake basin.
