This project, located at 33 Lomansey Way, Bulfinch Triangle, Boston, MA, will take an existing 650-space parking garage, and replace it with a 44-story, 469-unit residential apartment tower. The new tower will have roughly 20,000 square feet of shared resident amenities, as well as 2,300 square feet of retail space on the ground floor level.
There will be a new parking garage built underground, which will consist of 830 parking spaces. In fact, when the project is finished there will be more available parking than there was beforehand. On top of this, improvements will be made to the surrounding areas, including the sidewalks and landscaping. These improvements will increase the amount of open space by one acre.
The demolition for this project just started, and we can’t wait to move forward with the material testing soon. The overall construction is expected to be complete by late 2021.
