Description: 882 Third Avenue is a property located in the Greenwood neighborhood in Brooklyn, New York. 882 Third Avenue was built in 1906 and has 12 stories and 42 units. We worked at this site on construction of a new elevator extension.
Scope of Work: Fenagh worked on site for proof load testing of post installed Hilti Kwick Bolt TZ Anchors. All bolts were subjected to either proof load testing or torque verification. We also performed welding inspections by observing weldments located on the 3rd Floor Framing in the existing elevator shaft per the drawing details.
